Sony DCR HC32 with extra battery NPFP50

I purchased a Sony DCR-HC32 MiniDV Handycam Camcorder with 20x Optical Zoom, Handycam Station, & Extra NPFP50 Battery from Amazon. It is a neat camera (I did not use it though, I gifted it). I got a deal then for 299$ for both. I kind of had to twick back and forth between various options, as the price did not show up automatically, which was funny. (I was getting on one page, price as $319, and on another as 299$, dunno why.. I obviously chose the cheaper one). It seems to have gone back to $429. Don't know why...

I still feel that I got a good deal. What do you think?
